The LiquidWare ShoreTel Backup is a Windows Service that performs daily critical file backups of any ShoreWare Server. It is designed to take a snapshot of all ShoreTel Data files required to recover from a complete hardware failure to a location that is user-specified. The backups are executed every 24 hours and do not require shutdown of any ShoreWare Service. This service is also designed to work with ShoreTel System environments that implement Double-Take for 1+1 redundancy on ShoreWare Servers.
